My PAN is not KYC Compliant
You tried to create the folio but due to non-KYC compliance you were unable to proceed, please find below list of documents required for Fresh purchase along with KYC documents:- Common Application Form (page no. 23-28) and OTM+SIP Form (45-46).
- Cheque in Favour of Parag Parikh Long Term Equity Fund or Parag Parikh Liquid Fund.
- KYC Fresh Form.
- One Colour Photograph.
- Self attested Pan Card Copy.
- Self attested Address Proof copy.
You can submit the Form to your nearest CAMS Service Centre or you can courier the same to our corporate office in Mumbai. Note: As In Person Verification (IPV) is mandatory as per SEBI guidelines with effect from 01-Jan-2012, Attestation by Bank manager required mentioning his Name, Emp Code and Designation on;
1) KYC Form (2nd Page in Documents attestation column & IPV Column) 2) copy of Pan card and 3) copy of all address proofs attached.
